Ariana Grande — IHeartRadio Fest 2014 NEW
Ariana Grande was already becoming one of pop's biggest young stars when she took the stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas in 2014. Fresh off the success of My Everything, the singer arrived with a growing collection of hits, impressive vocal range and the confidence of an artist ready to move beyond her Nickelodeon beginnings.
Her performance featured songs from her first two albums, including “Problem,” “Break Free” and “Bang Bang,” the latter showcasing the powerhouse vocals that had quickly become her trademark. “Love Me Harder” highlighted her more mature pop direction, while “Break Your Heart Right Back” added a playful change of pace. Grande's ability to shift between breathy, delicate passages and soaring high notes helped her stand out on a festival bill filled with major names.
The appearance came during a pivotal period in her career, as she was transitioning from promising newcomer to full-fledged pop headliner. In front of a massive festival audience, Grande demonstrated why her star was rising so quickly.
