Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul — Ashbury Park 2026 NEW

Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul brought a generous helping of rock, soul, and Jersey Shore attitude to Asbury Park in 2026. The setlist celebrated Steven Van Zandt’s extensive musical career, mixing solo material with songs connected to his work with other artists.

The show opened with “Voice of America,” making its first appearance since 1987, followed by “Lyin’ in a Bed of Fire,” which hadn’t been played since 2019. From there, the band moved through favorites like “Soulfire,” “Salvation,” “Love on the Wrong Side of Town,” and “Trapped Again,” alongside a spirited take on The Jacksons’ “Can You Feel It.”

The solo album features added plenty of variety, including “I Am a Patriot,” “Bitter Fruit,” “Soul Power Twist,” and “Forever.” The encore delivered “I Don’t Want to Go Home” and “Out of the Darkness,” closing a set packed with musical history and soulful energy.
