Sublime — iHeart ALTerEgo Fest 2026 NEW
Sublime brought their unmistakable mix of ska, punk, reggae, and Southern California attitude to the iHeart ALTerEgo Fest in 2026, delivering a performance that felt both nostalgic and completely alive. With Jakob Nowell leading the band, Sublime revisited the music that made them one of the most influential alternative acts of the 1990s while putting their own stamp on the next chapter.
The set moved at a brisk pace, with infectious rhythms, crunchy guitars, and plenty of energy keeping the festival crowd engaged. Jakob's vocals carried a familiar character while still sounding like his own, giving longtime fans a connection to Sublime's past without turning the performance into a simple recreation.
The audience responded enthusiastically, dancing, singing along, and embracing every shift between reggae grooves and punk-fueled bursts of energy. In a festival packed with major alternative acts, Sublime still managed to stand out.
Their 2026 ALTerEgo appearance proved that Sublime's music remains just as fun, rebellious, and relevant decades later.
